• This promotion is open to individuals who submit valid registration details through the official campaign registration form.
• Unless otherwise stated on the campaign page, the promotion is open to both new and existing customers.
• Each customer, identified by their WhatsApp mobile number, may claim a coupon for a given campaign once only. Duplicate registrations for the same campaign and mobile number will be rejected.

• The specific discount, voucher value or gift offered is shown on the campaign registration page and on the coupon issued to you.
• A minimum purchase amount may apply, as indicated on the campaign page. Where no minimum is shown, none applies.
• Unless stated otherwise, the offer applies to participating products/services only and may exclude certain items.
• Unless stated otherwise, this voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers.

• Each voucher is issued on the date your registration is verified and is valid until the expiry date shown on the coupon and in the WhatsApp message.
• Each voucher code is single-use only.
• Unused vouchers expire automatically at the stated expiry date/time and cannot be extended, reissued or redeemed after expiry.

• You must present the WhatsApp voucher/code (or the QR code sent to you) to staff at checkout to redeem the offer.
• Staff may verify the voucher status before applying the discount.
• Once redeemed, a voucher is marked as used and cannot be reused, regardless of whether the discount was applied correctly at the point of sale.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed via the WhatsApp number used at registration, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
• Vouchers are non-refundable.

Marattech reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Modify the terms, offer value, or duration of any promotion.
• End or withdraw a promotion at any time.
• Reject, withhold or cancel any claim reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these terms.

Information you submit through the registration form (such as your name, email and WhatsApp number) is collected to process your discount/voucher, verify redemption, provide customer service, and — where you have separately consented — send marketing communications.

Promotional WhatsApp communication is sent only to customers who have separately opted in to receive it. Customers who have opted in may receive messages relating to promotions, discounts, vouchers and other marketing communications from Marattech. Transactional messages — such as your OTP and your coupon itself — are sent as part of fulfilling your registration and are not considered marketing.
